It's Donjazzy Again

Prominent producer Donjazzy of the Mo'hits crew had a flat tyre on third mainland bridge yesterday at 11.30pm.The talented Producer is certainly no Don in the dark as he left his car, bodyguard and driver behind and fled the scene before it was too late.

He shared his experience with his numerous fans on twitter who showered him with the much needed love in return....Isn't that so cute?

Is it true that...

Ikechukwu was dismissed from Mo’hits for disrespecting Dbanj, and in turn the powerful hierarchy of the Mo’hits crew? …To think they were once such good friends.

Nollywood actress, Rita Dominic took Uti Nnachukwu’s BBA  campaign to the next level and was a major advocate for him, on twitter and facebook ?....As we can see she was even at his victory party to celebrate the outcome of her hard work. Hmmmmm…Is she just a fan?

MI's track 'One Naira, featuring Waje was stolen by Noble Igwe as he claims, or was intentionally given to the slushkid to create attention?...Well,...the song is indeed a beautiful one so it should gain considerable attention nonetheless, so i guess it's mission accomplished either way.

Happy Birthday Dagrin

"Dearest Dagrin, you will be remembered for your humility, hard work, passion and your great music. Your music has been a part of my daily routine ever since I got the CEO album.
When you passed, it broke many hearts and even I couldn't listen to you for days without weeping. It gets better everyday and I admire the sense of humor in your endless collaborations, that haven't stopped coming despite your untimely exit.
You spoke with so much life, that I bet even death, would have a hard time taking that away from your words. Yes,the voice you left behind as succor and as an inspiration to many.
It's your birthday today and I know ure in a better place. I love u and miss you and its really hard writing about you without shedding these tears.
Happy Birthday my very own CEO...Your legacy lives on".

Uti's return

Nigeria’s Uti Nnachukwu returns home after his triumph over 13 other contestants from different parts of the continent in the Big Brother Africa show, All stars Edition. After 91 days of confinement in the house, Uti’s victory was over whelming especially since he defeated Zimbabwe’s diamond boy, Munya who didn’t take the defeat too well, as he had challenged all the housemates a night before and declared himself the winner.
Well, I guess Africa had a huge surprise waiting for him as our very mouthy Uti was crowned the winner of the 200,000 dollar prize and immediately showed appreciation to his country by singing the national anthem with such pride and reciting the pledge patriotically. Uti finally walked out of the big brother house in style, thrilling Africa with his dance of victory.

Felabration Weekend

I had such a great weekend and one of the major highlights was watching two really talented Nigerian musicians perform live. It was Felabration at the Life house owned by Ugonna of Zebra Clothing and I had a blast hanging out with friends in such a serene environment, while watching Nneka and Bez thrill the crowd to their lovely music. Sadly, it was time for me to run, as legendary Fatai rolling dollar graced the stage. It was still quite a night tho…at least I made my mark on Fela’s tribute banner. Here are a few moments i managed to steal.
Have a great week guys.

Nneka
Bez

Beautiful Ify was also part of the audience

My favorite part...The tribute banner.

Rugged VS 9ice!

The ongoing squabble between Ruggedman and 9ice is obviously no where near its end. The drama started when Ruggedman asked 9ice to publicly declare that, contrary to popular opinion, his song ‘Once bitten twice shy’ where he sang about being cheated on, had nothing to do with his wife Toni payne and Ruggedman. After refusing to clear their names, Rugged decided to force the words right out of 9ice mouth by calling him on the phone to ask questions and then recording the conversation. While Rugged claims that he did what he had to do to clear his name, 9ice insisted he must deal with Rugged for such an act. Our aproko crew recently informed that after 9ice attacked rugged with his beef track titled ‘Talk!...I am listening’, where he featured the Ajayi Brothers; he also shot a very suggestive video for the song which will have interesting scenes  as shown below.
The drama has become even more interesting since Rugged’s protégée Chinaydu replied in his own track titled, 9ice the Ingrate (The beef goes on) which is gaining a lot of attention from listeners.
We are yet to hear 9ice opinion on Chinaydu’s outburst but we figure he must have realized by now, that he will be needing more than the Ajayi brothers to contend with Rugged and Chinaydu as the duo recently took this photo at the studio where they may be working on some more answers to 9ice request: ‘Talk I am listening’.
Come to think of it…9ice asked for all this talk, and he definitely is receiving a whole lot more answers than he bargained for.
